Welcome to Texoma Marine Corps League Det. 929
MCL Texoma Detachment 929 is dedicated to continuing the honorable traditions of the United States Marine Corps while continuing our service in the Texoma Community.
The Texoma Marine Corps League Det. 929 meets on the first Saturday of each Month at 1300 hours for the meeting and 1200 hours for meal (bring your own) & fellowship. There are times when this needs to be changed, so please see our calendar for updates.
Mission Statement -
Members of the Marine Corps League join together in camaraderie and fellowship for the pupose of preserving the traditions and promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps, banding together those who are now serving in the United States Marine Corps and those who have been honorably discharged from that service that they may effectively promote the ideals of American freedom and democracy, voluntarily aiding and rendering assistance to all Marines, FMF Corpsmen and former Marines and FMF Corpsmen and to their widows and orphans, and to perpetuate the history of the United States Marine Corps and by fitting acts to observe the anniversaries of the historical occasions of particular interest to Marines.
The Eagle, Globe and Anchor emblem and the name Marine Corps® are registered trademarks of the USMC. The Marine Corps League supports the USMC and its veterans; however, it is not officially connected to or endorsed by the USMC, and the name and emblem are used with permission.
